Already is a Next.js SaaS starter kit sold by wait, what. LLC ("Seller"), a Wyoming limited liability company. Purchasing a licence gives you access to a private GitHub repository containing the Already codebase.
When you purchase Already, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the source code to build any number of your own applications — commercial or otherwise.
Licence tiers:
You may deploy applications built on Already to any hosting provider. You are not required to attribute Already in your product.
Any application you build using Already as a foundation is entirely yours. You own your product code, your customer data, and your business. The licence covers the starter codebase only.
Licence holders receive lifetime updates at no additional cost.
Already is a digital product. All sales are final. No refunds are issued after purchase because the source code is delivered immediately upon payment via private GitHub repository access.
If you have questions about whether Already fits your use case before buying, email [email protected] — we're happy to answer them.
Payments are processed by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record. Polar handles all VAT, GST, and sales tax obligations globally. The price you see at checkout is the final price including applicable taxes.
Already is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Seller does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error. Use in production is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability for any claims arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated via email to licence holders. Continued use of the software after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
